Greetings NetLanders! I'm looking for a 3-D geometric description of the NASA Space Shuttle, for an animation sequence that BRL will be doing with NASA. I'm particularly concerned about getting good descriptions of the exterior surfaces, the interior of the cargo bay, and the robot arm. Any geometry, or pointers to geometry, than you can provide would be most welcome! While we have some drawings to work from, there isn't time to build a full model. Besides, I'm sure that it has been done several times before. We can take polygons, patches, splines, CSG solids, or whatever form the information is in. (Even IGES format drawings would be some help). As this is an official government project, pointers to "government use only" data from some of you NASA folks would be quite useful.
