I need help converting a file I have to .gif I digitized a picture on an hp scanjet, and got two files. a .img and a .tif file. I can't seem to find the right convertion method to convert it to .gif so it can work on my dec- station 3100 , using xgif. If anyone can help me me please e-mail me. Thanks ss@wpi.wpi.edu

I have been using vgaimage.exe by Hoke Johnson. It works for images that are 320X200 but I am having trouble with larger images. Unfortunately, I have lost his email address.
