Is there anyone familiar with Wok recipes ? What are good books you would recommend ? We, my wife and I, just got this Wok for a wedding present and are eager to cook dishes other than the ones in the owners manual. We would like all sorts of comments on the subject. What kinds of vegetables are best suited for it, the meats one can cook in it, and all you know about the Wok, plus what you don't know. ThanX. Jorge OchoaLions at arizona!jorge

I have two books that I would recommend Mrs Chiang's Sechuwan (sic) CookBook -- Not too many recipes, but I have everything I have ever made out of it has been great. A great book. (Blue cover with someone cooking on the front.) 1001 Chinese Dishes (or something like that) -- An excellent general purpose Chinese cookbook. It tells you how the basic preparation and then tells you many ways to vary the dish.
