Hello, all. We are involved in benchmarking personal workstations for possible inclusion in a requirements contract for the NASA Lewis Research Center. I am tasked with benchmarking the graphics performance of each machine. Each machine will be running Figaro (from Template Graphics Software) as we have a site liscence for this product. I was wondering if anyone had some graphics intensive Figaro programs which they would be willing to e-mail to me. I suppose "any" PHIGS programs would be okay as well. Something like read an image, display an image, draw some number of N pixel lines in X seconds, etc. I am pressed for time as the machines are here now and we start testing in just a couple of days. ANY PHIGS programs are welcome. By the way, the machines being tested are: Personal Iris (4D/20) Silicon Graphics SPARCStation 1 Sun DECstation 3100 Digital AViiON 300 Series Data General Thanks in advance. I can offer the results from these tests as payment for anyone who is kind enough to reply. Please e-mail me directly as I'm sure not everyone needs to weed through this stuff. -- Tony Facca | NASA Lewis Research Center | We're not stupid enough to be businessmen and Cleveland, Ohio | We're not pretty enough to be David Bowie fsfacca@lerc08.lerc.nasa.gov | -DEVO
