<> The Cambridge Center for Adult Education is again offering a cooking workshop called "Flavors of Thailand" this term. The two sections listed in the Fall catalog are both full; however, they have added a third section, to be held on Saturday, Sept 29 from 10am to 2pm; as of now, there are 6 openings remaining. In this single-session class, you will help prepare and eat a spicy meals which is similar to Thai restaurant fare, consisting of: * shrimp chips (Kroepek) * Sate appetizer * Shrimp and Coconut Soup (Tawm Yahm) * two types of curry (red, with beef, and green, with chicken) The cost is about $25.
