Hi, I need some LARGE databases to do some testing of a new ray-tracing algorithm I'm working on for an honors' thesis. One specific type I would like to find are some spatial coordinate descriptions of various molecules, most especially DNA. If I use your database, you will receive acknowledgement in the thesis paper, publication article, etc. (I don't know how far this one will go). So, does anyone have anything of this sort? I know someone must, as I've seen ray-traced and hidden-line modelled DNA and other molecules before. Heck, my friend's biochemistry textbook has stereo computer-rendered pictures of thousands of organic molecules, so someone resident on this planet has these. It's just a gamble of whether any owners of these read this newsgroup, right? PLEASE, if you have any, send them to me. Also, a description of the format would be nice, so I could write a filter to convert them to DBW_Render format (1.0). ---Prem Subrahmanyam (prem@geomag.gly.fsu.edu)
