Does anyone know how to make fajitas? I would like to know what to put in the marinade for the meat, and what kind of meat should be used. Can they be prepared in the broiler, or MUST they be grilled (over mesquite, of course)? The closest I have seen is a marinade mix available from the Tia Mia catalog, but it's expensive. Local (NJ) Mexican restaurants probably won't have fajitas on the menu for at least five years. Please mail replies to pyuxh!nosmo or pyuxqq!nosmo. Thanks! Pat Valdata
