[comp.graphics] Info Req on VGA Support for Light Pen

Does anyone know of:

 1. A 256 colour VGA card that supports a light pen ?
 2. A 16 colour .... ?
 3. C source code for a light pen driver ?

Everything I've read says you can't hook up a light pen to vga.
On the other hand, everything I've read says you can hook one up to ega.
