helped me to get it I can help others. My problem now is that I'll be leaving on vacation for 23 days and I don't have a terminal there to check my e-mail (sad isn't it?) so I would no be able to sent it anymore until I come back January 7th. I would appreciate somebody who got the spec TIFF 4.0 to post a message saying that he/she can provide it to who might need it. Be prepared to get about ten requests per day, or maybe there is a more efficient mode to get it. I'll leave my file open to access to everybody so anybody can get it. The important files are tiff.mail and TIFF4.0B in my directory as izahi@portia.stanford.edu. Info on how to get access to my file can be provided by action@portia.stanford.edu in case you cannot acces my file by FTPing anonymousLY. Have a Merry Christmas RAUL IZAHI izahi@portia.stanford.edu

I'm not planning on being away much over Christmas, so I can handle requests for the TIFF 4.0 spec while Raul's away. I will probably sneak off for a couple of days, so turnaround won't be instantaneous unless I figure out something clever with the mail system. The spec runs to 54514 characters in plain text, or around 33600 when 'compress'ed and 'uuencode'd. Maybe we can have an East Coast volunteer too, to cut down on trans-continental mail traffic ? BTW, Merry Christmas everyone ! Mike. {allegra, decwrl, hplabs, munnari, sun, utai, uunet}!pyramid!moliver
