The local paper had an article on Chef Donovan Fandre's microwave cooking class/book "Microwaves Are for Cooking" which included an offer for a copy of tips from the book. Send bus. size SASE to Donovan Fandre, Box 29372-CT, Oakland, Ca. 94604. "...steaming, poaching, sauteing, roasting and reheating [are] the best uses for microwave ovens.
