I am beginning to develop a package to facilitate the optimal loading
and balancing of ocean going vessels, and could use the assistance of
an expert in C programming to help design the above mentioned package.
Experience in linear programming a plus. Graphics experience is also a
plus but not necessary. Payment for services will be based upon level
of involvement in the project (less for small advice, more for actual
discussions and programming involvement). Please only serious
