LaserGo, Inc. is at 9369 Carrol Park Drive, Suite A, San Diego, CA,
92121; their phone numbers are (800)955-1132 and (619)450-4600. In
their latest ad, they describe some of the new features of GoScript 3.0:
screen preview to EGA/VGA, output save to TIFF/PCX files, support
for extended (rather than just expanded) memory, and a utility to print
ASCII files in your choice of font and size.

Well, I don't a specific program that does the conversion, but I use
MS Word 5.0 which can import Postscript format and then print on any
of its supported printers (many). I'm sure Wordperfect and other
professional WPs can do the same... if this helps at all...

GoScript from LaserGo supports Epson printer as well as laserprinters and
some other (I can't remember off the top off my head). It IS a commercial
program, but not $400. You can get the 13 postscript fonts version for
$199, the full 35 fonts version sells for $299. You can't only print all
your postscript files, but you can also interactively write to the printer
in postscript language, and try your own postscript routines. I learned a
lot about postscript that way.

Just my 5 cents worth... :-)

So far the only answers I've seen on this have been for DOS machines - I
would like to know if anyone has a UNIX based solution.
