[comp.graphics] RenderMan noise function

	I'm doing a RenderMan implimentation for school and need a good
noise function.  I tried to impliment the one described in PERLIN85 in
SIGGRAPH but didn't have much luck.  I've got most of the shading language
done (all but displacement) but my surfaces all look too regular.  Anyone
that has a good RenderMan noise function please send my a copy, I have to 
be done by Feb 26 and dont have any more time to experiment.  Thanks.

Anyone trying to implement Perlin's Noise should look in his
SIGGRAPH '89 paper.  It has more detail (almost pseudocode) than
his '85 paper.
