[comp.graphics] Has anyone heard of GUIs for PCs?

Networld:

   We are looking for a GUI such as Motif, NeWS, etc. for a PC environment.
We are NOT looking for MS-Windows.  Does anyone know of any GUIs for any
graphics board for the PC?  It does not have to be X-based.  We do need it to
be full color (24 bits) and at least 1024 x 768.
