I'm in the market for a new set of cookware and have narrowed the choice down to Calphalon or Cuisinart. Before I drop heavy cash on this, I'd like to hear any pros and cons concerning convenience, long-term utility, heat distribution, etc. I'll read anything in reply, but I'm really hoping to hear from people who actually own this stuff, as opposed to any rumors or third-hand horror stories. By the way, if anyone can offer a well-argued case for a different brand altogether . . . Eating raw food for the present . . Chris Valas
