I'm sure this has been talked about before, and if somebody has a summary or compilation of this, please E-mail. What I am looking for, is a board that will accept input from either a camcorder or a VCR (preferrably both), and the software will save this as a fairly common graphics format file, such as pcx, gif, etc. It has to be fairly cheap, i.e. probably b/w, but any color boards also of interest.
