[comp.graphics] Microsoft Paint -> PBM

A student drew 750 diagrams in MS Paint (under MS windows) and gave them
to our secretary; she needs them in a Macintosh format.  Can any existing
bitmap conversion program(s) read "MS Windows Paint" format?
