[comp.graphics] PCX format to IMG format

Does anybody have a filter that translates PCX files (from paint pbrush
for instance) to IMG files (Used by gempaint) ?
How about other filters into IMG format?
How about a filter from PCX to bitmap format (i mean a complete bitmap
without any encoding)?
