Mongo was written by J. Tonry and is available from him (MIT). It is not public domain. It is used mostly in astrophysical circles. However, you may be better off getting "SM" which has very similar syntax to that of Mongo but is better in several respects: it is written in C, has many drivers (most laser printers), macro capability. I've used both Mongo and SM and strongly favor SM. It is not public domain but authors (Lupton & Monger) provide generous site license. Contact rhl@astro.princeton.edu. P. Flatau
