I have a ATI VGA Wonder card that I am having problems with... it displays 640 x 400 x 256 fine, but when I try 640 x 480 x 256 (a resolution I believe is supposed to be supported), the picture is shown but is broken up into about 40 vertical stripes across the screen (i.e., only half the picture is shown-- half stripes and half black). I *think* but have not been able to tell from my documentation that it is a 512K card, but it may be 256K. If any- one out there has such a card and knows more about it, please reply via e-mail --Andrew White whiteaj@clutx.clarkson.edu ----------------------------------------------------------------

You need the extra memory to display 256 colors ion 640x480 or 800x600 modes. ========================================================================== Jim Sonnenmeier !
