[comp.graphics] CAD/CAM in dentistry

Hello
	I am looking for info or pointers on CAD/CAM in dentistry.
Information on any or all of the following is welcome.  A request
for such information was posted a few months back.  Unfortunately
none were posted.  Thank you for your time and information.

	Information needed on:

	Intra-oral imaging devices (eg cameras, ultrasound etc for
						 inside the mouth)
	Graphics packages to move this stuff around (what if...)
	Software suitable for this kind of imaging and graphics
	CAM software for machining inlays
