[comp.graphics] videotaping animation

Help! I am programming a tutorial using Smalltalk/V 286. We are using a video card by USVIDEO which produces NTSC output. The problem is that the output is a bit too bright, and this causes the picture to waver when put up on a tele- vision monitor. Also the picture quality goes way, way down after a few generations of dubbing. The picture in question is a graphic picture which is moving constantly. I have tried everything from a 75 ohm resistor in series in the cable to trying a different

board (a Willow board), and nothing has worked. Does anyone out there have any ideas? Please be aware that this is a University project under a grant and that we don't have alot of money for fancy equipment or such. Thanx in advance.

You'd want a 75 ohm terminator (75 ohms center conductor to cable ground)
not 75 ohms in series.
