[comp.graphics] Head + Shoulders Database Needed

I am looking for a database (polygon) of a human head and shoulders.
In addition, I also need a database of a brain and, although less important,
geometry for the nerves leading to the brain.  Any help and/or pointers in
the right direction would be greatly appreciated.
