After having a meal cooked in a clay cooker at a friend's, we bought one yesterday. Unfortunately, no recipes were included. A search of several local book stores has not been successful in locating any cook books for clay oven cookers. Can anyone help? In particular, we are looking for chicken, beef, or pork dishes suitable for family dinners, rather than gormet entertaining. Thanks in advance.
