[net.music] Lawsuit for Bad Company Fans

Has anybody listened closely to the new Joe Jackson song!
It's music is much like the Bad Company song from a few years back
called "Day After Day" or something like that.  WKQX radio station
in Chicago was comparing the two songs this morning (Fri. Feb. 25),
and the two songs are remarkably close to one another.  Has anyone else
noticed these songs resemblence to one another?  If you have, tell me
what you think, and I will post a summary to the net.

The proper musical group should be BADFINGER in my previously stated BAD COMPANY.

The song you mean is "Day after Day", which was a hit for Badfinger in
the early Seventies.  The first few notes of the Joe Jackson song
("Don't you think ...") correspond very nicely to the opening notes of
DaD ("I remember finding out ...").   The two songs are, for the most part,
dissimilar except for this.
