[net.cooks] Creole Cooking

Went to a cooking class this a.m. and got a great recipe for
creole sauce.  The teacher told us how to use the sauce, but gave
no hint as to the appropriate dishes to serve with, say, a
chicken creole.  Any suggestions, and/or simple recipes would be
appreciated.
