[comp.graphics] Looking for JPEG compression

Hello.  Could anyone provide me with some information about
the JPEG compression scheme (for graphics images)  From the information
I have, there are two types: lossy and lossless.  I am looking specifically
for lossless JPEG, but any information about either would be immensely
helpful.
