When I get home this evening I'll get out my trusty bottle of
Lea & Perrins, and my trusty bottle of Kikkoman Soy Sauce and
I'll try a parallel tasting - until then, my theory that the
latter will satisfy your requirements is just that, and perhaps
even wild speculation (:-)).
And, BTW, it's Worcestershire Sauce.
