I was mildly surprised to hear gyros described as Greek
meatloaf, having always associated it with gyros sandwiches.
On the other hand, the meat that is used in those sandwiches
looks like meatloaf cooked on a spit. Does anyone have a good
recipe for gyros and the nice yogurt sauce they are commonly
served with ?
