[net.cooks] Claypot cooking

Over the weekend I purchased an oblong shaped claypot.  I 
have no idea what to cook in it, nor do I know of any of the
advantages to cooking in one.  The reason I purchased this was
that back in my college days, a german friend insisted that
this type of cooking was the way to go.

If you can give me any information or any recipes, it would be
greatly appreciated.
