[comp.graphics] Convert PS, ASCII, or GIF, MAC graphics files into SIXEL graphics ?

Dear Netters:

        I was wondering if anybody can tell me where I can find such programs
with which I can convert PS or ASCII or GIF or MAC graphics files into a SIXEL
file so I can use "type" command to see them on a DEC VT240 monitor ?
