I am a student at Bowling Green State University in Bowling Green, OH. and am looking for some help on a research paper I'm working on. The subject is Digital Imaging and Retouching. I am interested in the technology itself, advantages, disadvantages, etc. I am also interested in any possible legislation that would stop major publications (i.e. National Geographic) from using this process to "touch up" their photographs.
