In the article "DAG - a Program that draws Directed Graphs" (Software - Practice & Experience V18N11 Nov 1988) the authors refer to two papers in preparation - these are: i) E R Gansner, S C North, K P Vo "On the Level Assignment Problem" ii) ibid, "Methods for Drawing Directed Graphs" Does anyone know if these papers have been completed and published, and if so, where I may obtain them?
