[comp.graphics] looking for POPI, image manipulation language?

I am looking for POPI, an image manipulation language which is listed in
frequently asked questions posted.
What I know of is that it was posted  in comp.sources.misc in Dec/89.
Where can I find this source posted in Dec/89?
