We are using a port of the Berkeley Unigrafix renderer in some production animation. It is running on 286 Sperrys under Xenix. It is a port that was done by this group a few years ago, so it is not an official port from Berkeley or anything. The problem is, it doesn't handle complex objects well. Scan lines fail after certain elements of certain objects. Sometimes a whole set of scan lines fails. We are considering using another renderer if we can get our hands on one, or trying to fix this one. We can write a unigrafix format to ____ format, if need be, or would appreciate any such programs. So, any speedy public domain renderers out there that could be ported to Xenix (system 5)? Thanks mucho, Dan -- Daniel Mark Gessel Independent Software Consultant Internet: gessel@cs.swarthmore.edu and Developer I do not represent Swarthmore College (thank God).
