I've gotten mail from a few people asking for 8-bit (rather than 24-bit ppm) images. I have converted them to gif files. They are bump.gif, gal.gif, lamp.gif, and wine.gif on cica.cica.indiana.edu (129.79.20.22). The directory is pub/Thesis/Shirley. Pete Shirley Indiana U shirley@cs.indiana.edu
