[comp.graphics] Wanted HPGL to raster converter hpgl-to-pict??

I am after a HPGL to raster converter, I located a "hpgl-to-pict" file in
the old archives of  comp.archives/volume90/hpgl-to-pict  on  wuarchive but
they are gone now??      Does anyone know where I might ftp or otherwise find
this, or any similar hpgl-to-raster converter?
I dont think that a combined "hpgl-to-ps" and "ps-to-raster" 
would work nicely, any thoughts?
