I just finished a GIF viewer for the IBM PC with the advantages of speed and SuperVGA auto-detect. Its disadvantages are that it doesn't support the GIF 89A spec yet, and that it only does 256-color SuperVGA (no 8514/A, 16-color VGA, or EGA). Interested?
