Here is a recipe for a Mexican Style Chicken. Ingredients 4 Boned Chicken Breasts 1/2 Stick Unsalted Butter SALSA INGREDIENTS 13 oz Can Tomatillos 1 Glove Garlic 1 Small Onion 1 tbl Corriander 2 Pickled Jalpeno Peppers 1 tsp Sugar TOPPING 1/2 cup Sour Cream 1 cup Grated Jack Cheese - Brown chicken breasts in butter, salt and pepper. 2-3 minutes each side. - Lay in baking dish. - Cover with a layer of salsa, a layer of sour cream, and a layer of cheese. - Bake 25 to 35 minutes at 350. SALSA - Puree above ingredients.
