I'm trying to use snapshot to capture a window containing a graphics application on a SPARCstation2-GX running Openwindows. The only problem is that the colors of my application get messed up as if there's some sort of colormap problem. Has anyone had this experience and what did they do to get around it? As well, are there any utilities to convert sun rasterfiles into TIFF, or GIF files? Has anyone had any experience dumping from a SS2 to a serial HP paintjet? How do I save a screen under SunView?
