I'm wondering how to make Buffalo Style Chicken Wings, is it really simple? Anyone have any recipes? Thanks. Clare

A Non-Standard Buffalo Chicken Wing Recipe: 1 dozen chicken wings, tips removed, and split in two (you can save tips for the stock pot) Sauce: 1 medium sized bottle of Durkey hot pepper sauce 1 t tabasco (or to taste) 1 mashed clove of garlic 2 T butter Combine sauce ingredients in a small sauce pan and heat until bubbly. Keep hot until ready to use. Drench wings in melted butter and broil until crispy and fully cooked. Toss cooked wings in sauce and put back under the broiler just long enough to glaze the sauce. Serve with carrot and celery sticks and blue cheese dressing. Note--This is a non-standard recipe since normally the chicken wings are broiled from the start with the sauce. I find that the end result this way is much too bitter. Betsy Cvetic ihnp4!drutx!eac
