I am relatively new to the net and hope that I am not bringing up something recently hashed. I would like to get your best deep-fry batter recipes for such foods as sweet-and-sour chicken, Fried Shrimp, Etc. Thanks in Advance, Tony P.S. I'm especially interested in non-alcoholic batters.
