Does anybody know where I can get some public domain software that does talking heads. Either cartoons or peoples' portraits ? Preferably in "c" or QuickBasic or X-windows. Thanks, Phil Neal .

Gee, now this does bring back memories. The only talking head I remember seeing was a Max headroom Coke Add piece of software that called Pepsi-drinkers dweebs or something.
