I'm looking for an ftp site from which I can get the most recent version of ACM (I believe it's an Air Combat flight simulator that runs under X11R4.) BTW, what does the 'M' stand for? Thanks in advance. ----------------------------- Joe Laszlo laszlo@waterloo.hp.com jflaszlo@sunee.waterloo.edu -----------------------------

The pathname is "contrib/acm.2.1.tar.Z". It contains all files needed to build and run acm. Fixes for 2.1 include a work-around for an apparent memory leak in Sun's Xlib, some improved imake specifications, and tweaks to the flight simulation code. The documentation has been updated, as well. Acm is a multiplayer, modern aerial combat simulation written for X11 and Unix. It can be run on both monochrome and color X servers. --- |> BTW, what does the 'M' stand for? ACM - Association for Computing Machinery -Paul O'Keefe okeefe@cs.buffalo.edu
