[] I had a bowl full of diced leftover lamb recently, so I got these two good recipes from it while improvising: Lamb and Cheese Omlete Make just like a Ham and Cheese Omlete, but use finely diced lamb instead of ham. I liked the pun, so I tried it and it worked out. Lamb Fried Rice 1 part diced leek 2 parts sliced lamb 4 parts cooked rice or pilaf egg(s) soy sauce Put a little oil in a skillet and saute the leeks, then add the lamb and some soy sauce, then the rice. When everything is heated up, push the rice aside and scramble an egg. Mix the rice back in, and add more soy sauce to taste. I used a rice and pine-nuts pilaf in this, and I tried it in three different sizes, and it scaled linearly. DOUG@JPL-VLSI, ...!trwrb!escher!doug
