Does anybody in netland have interesting recips for tofu?
That is, interesting enough to spread on a sandwich.
Actually, any recipe for tofu would be appreciated.

Um...I had an office mate whose idea of a Tofu sandwich
was :
          2 peices of wheat bread
          1 slab of tofu

My idea of the perfect tofu sandwich:
          peanut butter and jelly

(leave out the tofu....)
