[comp.graphics] Sources for RS-170 to NTSC video encoders???

Hello,

     Does anyone out there know of any sources for video encoders that can
convert from RS-170 video (640x480, 30hz, interlaced, RGB) to NTSC (US TV/VCR
standard)?
