[comp.graphics] Animation/music?

I am looking for a graphics/animation/music program for the Macintosh.  Can 
anyone point me in the right direction?  What i am trying to do is produce 
a very short slide show type presentation with music running in the 
background.  I can crate the pictures in another program (studio 8 for 
example) and the music with the MacRecorder, but I need the program to put 
it together animated.  Any help would be greatly appreciated, and cost is 
no problem.  Thanks

The one I use and like is MacroMind Director (you did say money
is not a problem).  It offers a lot of control at your mouse-tip,
as they say.

You can buy it from the usual Mac mail-order places for considerably
less than list price.  If you don't know any, go to a newsstand and
buy a copy of MacUser, MacWorld, etc. and look at the ads.
