I've been trying to do an ftp to ncsa (ftp.ncsa.uiuc.edu 128.174.20.50) for several weeks. I always get a 'connection refused' message. Do other people have this problem. If so, what do they do about it? Thanks, Greg Landheim landheim@bbn.com

Works fine for me... username 'anonymous'. You are aware that NCSA changed Internet #'s from 128.174 to 141.142, right? (In other words, ftp.ncsa.uiuc.edu is now 141.142.20.50.) We changed net numbers recently, and made announcements. you must have missed them.
