[ slurp slurp ] Here's a tasty non-alcoholic summer drink we have even in winter! It was introduced to us by a friend named Angie, and thus we call it: ANGIE'S DELIGHT 1 part cranapple juice 1 part orange juice a shot or two of club soda for "fizz" a squeeze of lemon (as in iced tea) You can add rum or vodka to make it alcoholic, but we *always* omit this! Stir it all up, serve it over ice, and enjoy! Angie's friends, Bill and Joyce P.S. About tofu: never eat it plain! In Japanese cooking, it is always combined in many different shapes and forms with other ingredients. If you do eat it plain, cut it in one-inch cubes (looks and style are important!), garnish with chopped green onions, grated *FRESH* ginger, slivers of seaweed or fish shavings (found in oriental markets as Bonito fish shavings), and sprinkle with soy sauce. This is called hiyayakko, and the tofu is usually ice-cold for a refreshing summer dish. -- _______________________________________________________________________________ "To err is human; to admit it is not."
